RSR 1 (River Safety & Rescue)

The Canoeing Ireland RSR 1 (River Safety& Rescue) course is designed for paddlers who wish to undertake training in safety and rescue techniques appropriate to Grade 1 water. The RSR 1 aims to develop a culture of safety, awareness and proactive accident prevention in paddlesports. The RSR 1 is a popular course for parents of young paddlers who may spend more time on the bank but still want to have some safety knowledge.
